ISI is an extremely well-known and established financial institution with many years of experience. ISI also has a large customer base hence, their need for constant promotion and branding is apparent. ISI needed someone to help them promote and strengthen their brand in the market to build a stronger customer lotalty and increase referral rates.

In order to increas their client base and also improve customer loyalty, the main strategic approach undertaken is to show their clients that they care about their customers and in order to stand out from the rest of the competition, ISI wanted to differentiate itself from others.

And increase their client base, the objective was to show their clients that they care and are different from the rest.
